Surf and Yoga Retreat

 
Surf: 5 x 2 hours surf classes
Yoga: 5 x 1 hour Morning yoga 
5 x 1.5 hour afternoon yoga
Meals: breakfast, picnic lunches and dinners. (excludes one night for dinner out)
 
All equipment included.
Days start with morning yoga followed by a wholesome breakfast. 
 
Down to the beach, learn to surf and find the freedom of the ocean. picnic lunch on the beach.
 
Back to the centre to relax, swim in the lake, take a bicycle or just read book in the hammock.
 
Afternoon yoga, a rounding off of the day and the activities, create new space in both body and mind.
 
Evening dinner with other guests around an open fire or on the deck by candlelight.
 
One free day to visit, rest or explore.
 

Surf Safari

 
Surf: explore and discover SW Portugal great waves, from world renowned beaches to secret spots.
 
There is always a wave for you. Local experienced surf guides help to choose the best waves each day. Give advise on condisions, safety and surf tips.

Walk and Yoga Retreat

 
Yoga: 5 x 1 hour morning yoga 
5 x1.5 hour evening yoga
Walking: 5  local walks, taking in spectacular scenery, invigorating hills and hidden beaches.
Meals: breakfast, picnic lunches and dinners. (excludes one night for dinner out)
 
Days start with morning yoga followed by a wholesome breakfast. 
Invigorating walks each day, fresh sea air, beautiful views and isolated sea cliffs. walks length 3 hours. picnic lunch along the walk.
Back to the center to relax, swim in the lake, take a bicycle or just read book in the hammock.
 
Early evening dinner with other guests around an open fire or on the deck by candlelight.
 
Evening yoga, a round off of the day and the activities, stretch, balance and create new space in both body and mind. 
One free day to visit, rest, explore, try a surf or kayak lesson.
